Mr. He Chenguang is an expert on investment and management, has extensive administration and operation experience in international financial market. Mr. He joined CCP in August 2005. He is also the chairman of China Communication Corporation and Chinainfo (HK 8206).

Mr. Bao Yueqing
Vice president

Mr. Bao Yueqing holds MBA degree from Harbin Institute of Technology. He has very rich operation and administration experience in China’s telecommunication industry and gaming industry. Mr. Bao joined CCP in July 2005. He is responsible for consulting and adapting to China’s relevant policies, establishing and keeping good relationship with China’s relevant authorities. Mr. Bao is also a vice president of CCC.

Mr. Patrick Zhang

Mr. Zhang holds a MBA Degree from the State University of New Jersey, USA. He has various administration experiences in financial market, commercial banks and investment banks. Prior to joining CCP and China info (HK 8206) in June 2006, he had been the Managing Director of RBC Capital Markets, the Executive Vice President of RBC Capital Markets Pacific Group and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of RBC Hong Kong Branch. Before working for the RBC Group, Mr. Zhang had been the Managing Director and the Head of Bond Trading and Treasury Department of Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (HK) Limited. Prior to that, he had been working for two major state-owned Chinese banks.

Mr. Michael Zhang
Vice president
Mr. Michael Zhang graduated from Fudan University, received MBA training in USA. He has over 20 years experience in government authorities, international projects cooperation, marketing promotion in North America, internet business operation, including nearly 13 years working experience in Silicon Valley. He has very deep understanding on local culture and market situation both in China and in USA. Mr. Zhang joined CCP as vice president in October 2005, is responsible for overall business plan.
